Jordan Solender did not start in AI. He started where most founders do: deep inside the bottleneck, doing everything himself.
Over the past decade Jordan has built, scaled and exited businesses spanning IT consulting, managed services, live entertainment and capital investment. Along the way he generated millions in revenue, managed active contracts across industries, and engineered seven-figure exits.
That obsession with removing bottlenecks led him to build signature frameworks like the Bottleneck Breaker System, the Delegation Engine and the Automation Scorecard, all designed to get founders out of the way of their own companies. He built SOPs, coached operators through delegation sprints, and scored hundreds of workflows for automation potential.
Then a realization hit: everything he had been teaching (identify the repetitive task, document the process, hand it off, monitor quality) maps perfectly onto building autonomous AI systems. Ironbridge is the natural next step. Instead of delegating to people, we delegate to systems.
Ironbridge AI Advisory was founded as Solender AI and took its current name in September 2026. Same team, same work, same flat-fee model.

The name
Why Ironbridge
In 1779, over the River Severn in Shropshire, a small team did something no one had done: they built a bridge out of cast iron, a new and untrusted material. It carried real weight, it started an industrial revolution, and it is still standing.
